29TH MAY 1861. FROM THE WEXFORD INDEPENDENT.
Workhouse Reports.
The usual weekly meeting of the Guardians of this Union was held on Saturday last.
The Chair was taken by Thomas WALSH.

DEATHS.
SAVAGE, Mary, 32, from Phthisis, Wexford.
CARBERRY, Arty, 73, Marasmus senitia, Wexford.
MANSFIELD, Mary, 12, Hydrocephalus, Wexford.
GLEESON, Mary, 70, (Cause not stated). Union. (The Board after mature enquiry as to the past 
condition of this poor creature, who was brought from Taghmon in a car, and having ascertained 
that she was timely and duly attended by the Medical  Officer in the Workhouse, came to a decision 
that a Coroner’s inquest was not necessary.)
