This extensive Fee-simple Estate is situate in one of the best districts of the Province of Connaught, within ten miles of Athlone,
twelve of Roscommon, and three miles of the town of Ballinasloe.
The property is on each side of the road leading to Athleague and Roscommon, and within about half a mile of the Railway. It is
separated from the County Galway by the River Suck, and adjacent to the properties of the Earl of Clancarty and Lord Clonbrock.
