LEGGETT, SOPHY 1950 - PROBATE

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE
        Probate
The Principal Probate Registry

Sophy Leggett late of 86 Main Street Gorey in the County of 
Wexford, Spinster, deceased who died on or about the 10th 
day of June 1950 at same place

BE IT KNOWN, that on the 28th day of August 1950 the last 
Will a copy of which, signed by the probate Officer, is 
hereunto annexed, was proved and registered in the Principal 
Registry and that the Administration of the personal estate 
of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid to Edward 
WARREN of Gorey aforesaid Solicitor the sole Executor named 
in the said Will he having been sworn faithfully to 
administer the same. Executed (?) by Horan and Devine...

And that it appears by a receipt signed by an Inland Revenue 
Officer on the said Affidavit that £207: 12 : 2 for Estate 
Duty and Interest thereon has been paid. The Duty being 
charged thereon, at the rate of £ 4____per cent. Joseph A 
Hand  Probate Officer.
