Will of THOMAS E. LEGGETT of 86 Main Street, Gorey.

           This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas 
E. Leggett of 86 Main Street, Gorey and I hereby revoke all 
former Wills made by me. I appoint reverend John K. Willis 
Archdeacon of Ferns to be executor of this my Will, I leave 
Forty Pounds for the Endowment Fund of Christ's Church.. I 
leave my holding in Irish Free State Savings Certificates, 
nominal value five hundred pounds to my brother Robert N. 
Leggett. I leave the residue of my property to my sister 
Sophy Leggett. As witness my hand this seventh day of 
February one Thousand nine hundred and forty four.

Signed by the Testator as and for his last in our presence 
who in our presence at his request and in presence of each 
other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

Additional Comments:
His 2nd Name was Edward. Son of Robert Leggett of 86 Main 
Street Gorey, Thomas E. Leggett and the rest of the family 
are buried in The Cem. in Plot 28 at Rear of Christ Church, 
Gorey, Co. Wexford.
