Written: April 12, 1796

In the Name of God amen I Michael Foy Native of Enniscorthy 
In the Kingdom of Ireland now a Private Soldier in his 
Majesty 72nd Regt of foot Commanded by Genl Steward now 
being of a Free Disposing Mind Considering the Danders and 
Peurls of this Transitory Life and Avoid any Contrevercies 
after my decease do make Publick and Declare this my last 
Will and Testament in the manner following first I do 
recomend my soul to God who Gave it me my Body to the Earth 
or as God pleases to order it and all my Worldly Estate do 
Give & bequeath To my Dearly Beloved Uncle Cornelius Quin 
now of Enniscorthy in the County of Wexford Ireland by Trade 
a labourer and I do Nominate & appoint the Said Cornelius 
Quin to be the Sole Executor of this my last Will and 
Testament in Witness whereof I To this my Sd Will I have Set 
my hand & Seal to this Twelfth day of april 1796 – Six
