Extracted from the registry of His Majesty's Court of 
Prerogative in Ireland
In the Name of God Amen I do make this my Last Will and 
Testament hereby revoking all other Will or Wills heretofore 
made by me I leave all my property of every nature whatter 
real or personal to Peter Borrows of Leesom Street Dublin 
and Thomas McCard of New Ross upon trust for the uses 
following that is to say for my said trustees to raise the 
Sum of five hundred Pounds Sterling to be Paid or expended 
by them upon the Education Maintenance and Provisions for my 
Natural Son James Colclough and further that my said 
trustees should raise a further Sum of One hundred and fifty 
pounds to be paid to Catherine Boyle of Poundtown Spinster 
on the day of her marriage the Interest of the said Sum to 
be paid her until that Event shall take place and further 
that my said trustees shall pay to William McLoughlin my 
servant one Annuity or yearly rent Charge of Ten Pounds 
Sterling during his Life to be Payable to himself only not 
to his Assigns and I further desire my said Trustees to Pay 
a like Annuity subject to the like restrictions to my 
Servant James Revell the rest residue and remainder of my 
property I leave to my Brothers my Trustees or Executors 
first paying my just Debts I appoint the said Peter Borrows 
Thos McCard Executors of this my last Will and Testament 
Signed and Sealed Published and declared by me this 22nd Day
