Sound in mind and well disposed and to hinder Controversies 
after my decease I do nominate Patrick Dunn of Robinstown 
and Edmond Cahill of Coonagen both in the County of Wexford 
to be Exors of this my last Will and Testament making null 
and void all former Wills or Testament heretofore with free 
liberty to my lawful Wife Margaret Cahill to Execute as 
Exetress over her Children in the farm which now in her 
possession contining by Estimation thirty nine Acres I will 
and bequeath to my loving Son Thomas Cahill one half of that 
farm now in their possession under the Penalty conjoining 
(?) matters with his Mother in doing for the younger 
Children whatsoever she thinks lawful on conditions she is 
not to marry or join in Wedlock with any body and if so she 
is to quit and the whole farm for the use of the Children 
with liberty for my dear Sister Anty Cahill to live lie and 
rise managing work with them and amongst them as she ever 
and always did so long as she lives given under my hand this
