     IN THE HIGH OF JUSTICE IN EIRE--( PROBATE )
        The District Registry of Waterford.

BE IT KNOWN, that on the 1st day of August, 1944 the last 
Will------a copy of which signed by the district Registrar 
is herunto annexed , of Thomas E. Leggett late of 86 main 
Street Gorey in the County of Wexfprd Merchant deceased, who 
died on or about the 1st day of March 1944 at The Cottage 
Hospital, Gorey and who at the time of his death had a fixed 
place of abode at 86 Main Street Gorey within the District 
of WATERFORD was proved, and registered in the said District 
registry of the High Court, at WATERFORD and that the 
administration of the personal estate of the said deceased 
was granted by aforesaid Court to Venerable John R. Wills of 
the Rectory--Gorey aforesaid Archdeacon of Ferns the sole 
Executor named in the said Will he having been first sworn 
faithfully to administer the same.

And it is herby certified that a affidavitt  for Inland 
Revenue has been delivered, wherein it is shown that the 
gross value of the personal estate of the said deceased 
within Eire ( exclusive of what the deceased may have 
possessed of or entitled to as a trustee and not benefiially 
) amounts to �0�55235 16 6 for the purpose of Estate duty, and 
that it appears by a receipt, signed an Inland Revenue 
Officer on the said affidavit that �0�5215 16 0 for Estate Duty 
and Interest thereon has been paid, the duty being charged 
thereon at the rate of 4 0 0 per cent
