Extracted from her Majesty's Court of Prerogative in Ireland
I Luke Glover Finn Lieutenant in the Sixty ninth Regiment 
being of sound mind and being about to proceed to the West 
Indies do make this my last Will and Testament hereby 
revoking all former Wills and Testaments I therefore 
bequeath all and every property that I may be possessed of 
at my decease to my Sisters Eliza and Maria Finn as long as 
they or either of them remain unmarried and then to my 
Brother James Finn or his heirs lawfully begotten and next 
to my Brother Andrew Finn and his heirs as aforesaid Given 
under my hand and Seal at the Royal Barrack Dublin this 12 
day of October 1830 L G Finn Signed Sealed and delivered in 
the presence of L Whin Payr 12 Lancers Dublin_ Robt Brookes 
Capt 69th Regt _ W Blackburne 69th Regt Athlone 21 May 1832
Codicil to the within Will I will and bequeath to my Brother 
James G Finn all my right and Interest to the Estate of 
Camliskbeg situated in the County of Longford Barony of 
Ardagh and Parish of Edgwithstown which was left to me in 
remainder by the Will of my late Grand Uncle Andrew Fenall 
Esqre to have and to hold to him his heirs and Assigns as 
fully and completely as it is in my power to do so I also 
Will and bequeath all the Decan Prize money I may be 
entitled to my Brother James and my Sisters Maria & Eliza 
that is to say one half to my Brother James and the other 
half to be divided equal share and share alike between my 
two Sisters Maria & Eliza As Witness my hand and Signature L 
G Finn
I also appoint my Brother James sole Executor to this Will 
Athlone 17th June 1832
Having this day made application to the General Commanding 
in Chief for permission to see my Commissions should it be 
granted I will and bequeath the entire sum to be thus 
disposed of viz. one half of the whole I give to my Brother 
James and the other half to be divided between my two 
Sisters Maria & Eliza Finn share and share alike I also 
appoint my Brother James sole Executor to this my last Will 
and Testament As Witness my hand and Signature L G Finn
I further bequeath to my Sister Maria my gold Inchinopoly 
Chain and appendages L G Finn Cork 20th October 1830
(Appearance by Dennis Kelly Apothecary of Athlone in the 
County of Westmeath as to manner and character of 
handwriting of L G Finn deceased Sworn 11 October 1832 
before James Robt Moffatt Rector of Athlone)
Proved at London with 3 Codicils 11 September 1833
