Sacred to the memory of, Robert Stratford Esq., as whose many virtues as a husband, a father, a friend will outlive this memorial of him. He died, on 8 April 1862, aged 57 years, also the memory of his beloved wife, whose loss as a mother, benefactress and friend, will be long and deeply felt by all those who can appreciate true virtue and philanthropy.
