I William Whelan of Waterford in that Part of the United 
Kingdom called Ireland being of sound mind & now about to 
proceed to Sea do declare that the Present is my last Will 
and Testament to be acted upon according to law in case of 
my decease Viz I give & bequeath all the Money that may be 
due to me at the time of my Decease upon a balance of 
Accounts with George & James Kemp & Co of Poole unto my Son 
Patrick Whelan of Waterford in Ireland & for any other 
property I have I leave it to be disposed of as the law 
directs dated in Poole this 23rd day of June 1813 W William
