In the Name of God Amen I Anstace Welsh of the City of 
Waterford Widow being Weak in Body but of sound and 
disposing mind and Memory Do make and Publish this my last 
Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills first I 
bequeath my soul to God who gave it and my Body to be 
decently buried at the discretion of my Executor hereafter 
named and as to my Worldly Substance and Effects real and 
Personal I Devise the same as follows that is to say I Give 
Devise and bequeath unto my Daughter Catherine Snow 
otherwise Welsh wife of Andrew Snow of the City of Waterford 
Carpenter her Heirs Executors and Administrators the full 
clear Moiety or one half of all and singular such Real and 
Personal Estate Goods Chattels and Effects of every kind and 
nature whatsoever whereof I shall be Seized Possessed or 
intitled unto at the time of my Decease And as to the other 
half or Moiety of my said Real and Personal Estate and 
Effects I devise the same as followeth that is to say I 
order that the sum of twenty Pounds Sterling shall be and 
remain in the Hands of my Executor for such uses and to be 
disposed of in such manner as I have declared unto him I 
Give devise and bequeath unto my Executor the Sum of twenty 
Pounds Sterling for his Tender Care of me I Give devise and 
bequeath unto my daughter Alice Cooney Wife of Nicholas 
Cooney her Heirs Executors and Administrators the Moiety or 
full half of the said last above mentioned Moiety of all my 
Estate and Effects first deducting thereout the said two 
Sums of twenty Pounds I Give and devise the Remainder of all 
my said Estate and Effects real and Personal being the 
Moiety of the last Mentioned moiety or one fourth Part of 
the Whole unto my daughters Margaret Lee and Mary Carroll to 
be equally divided between them Share and Share alike that 
is to say one Eighth part to each of them and to each of 
their Heirs Executors and Administrators and Lastly I do 
hereby nominate constitute and Appoint my beloved son in Law 
the said Andrew Snow sole Executor of this my last Will and 
Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto Put my hand and 
Affixed my seal and declared and published this my last Will 
and Testament the twenty Ninth day of September in the year 
of Our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and forty Nine

Spinster Attorney for Alice Cooney Widow of Waterford of 
goods left unadministered by Andrew Snow who died int
