In the Name of God Amen I George Villiers of Waterford in 
the Kingdome of Ireland being of Sound Sense and Memory and 
being about to Cross the Seas for Ireland doe make this my 
last Will and Testament in manner and forme following first 
I order that my Body be decently buried according to the 
appoyntmt of my Executors And that all my Debts be paid 
within twelve Months after my decease And for all my Worldly 
Substance I Give and bequeath in manner and forme following 
first I Give grant bequeath and Devise to my dear and 
beloved Wife Hannah Villiers and her good and Valluable 
Mother Elizabeth Frith of the City of Waterford Widow All my 
Estate Real and Personal of what Kind or Quality soever To 
have and to hold for them the said Hannah Villiers and 
Elizabeth Frith their Heirs and Assignes for ever in sure 
and certain Confidence of their just and regular Disposition 
of all and singular the Premises to my dear Children as they 
shall dutifully behave themselves And I doe hereby 
constitute and Appoint my said Mother and Wife my Exxs of 
this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have 
hereto Sett my hand and Seal this 28 Octbr 1720 Geo: 
Villiers Sealed and delivered in the presence of Henry 
Bulkeley Jon Wheldon Jno Ramsay
