In the Name of God Amen I James Quinlan Mariner belonging to 
the Ship Loyall George Capt Macnamara Commander being of a 
sound disposing Mind Memory and Understanding God be praised 
Do by Divine Permission make publish and declare these 
presents to be and contain my last Will and Testament as 
follows and first I commend my Soul to God who gave it and 
my body I committ to the Earth or Sea as it shall please God 
to order and touching the Disposal of such temporall estate 
as the Lord hath been pleased to bestow upon me I give and 
dispose thereof as followeth that is to say after my just 
debts are paid off and discharged together with my funeral 
Expences if any be I give devise and bequeath all the then 
rest residue and remainder of all and singular my Wages pay 
sume and Sumes of money Goods Chattels Lands Tenements and 
all other my estate whatsoever both reall and personal of 
what nature kind or quality soever the same shall or may 
consist in unto my Loving Brother Lawrence Quinlan of 
Waterford in Ireland Mariner and to his Assignes for ever 
and I make name constitute and appoint Dudley Murphy of 
Saint Olave Southwark Victualler to be Executor and Anne his 
Wife to be Executrix of this my Will revoking and making 
void all former Wills and Testaments by me in any wise 
heretofore had made published or declared In Witness whereof 
I have hereunto sett my hand and seal the thirtieth day of 
January Anno Domini 1722 James Quinlan signed sealed 
published declared and delivered in the presence of us
