POWER, NICHOLAS 1986

Marysville Daily Appeal, 30 Oct 1896
"POWER--Nick POWER Dead--Nicholas POWER, who died in San 
Francisco on Wednesday, was for several years, employed as a 
flour packer at the Buckeye mills. The wife of the deceased 
died in this city about three years ago, and his oldest 
daughter, Mrs Mary Ann FARRENKAM, was burned to death in San 
Francisco over a year ago. He was a native of {Kilmacow,} 
County {Kilkenny-- near} Waterford City, Ireland. Six 
children, four sons and two daughters, are left to mourn his 
loss. He will be buried in St Mary's Cemetery, Oakland, this 
morning. At one time he was a member of the local lodge of 
the Knights of Honor.
