In the Name of God Amen I Mary Rawlings of Castletown in the
County of Tyrone Ireland Do will as follows I give &
bequeath to my Cousin James Scratchley the sum of two
hundred pounds & to his Son my Godson Charles J Scratchley
three hundred pounds To my early & steady friend Benjn Goode
fifty pounds requesting him to unite with my esteemed friend
Olive (?) Lockey the like sum of fifty pounds & to Rebecca
Lockey as a small proof of affection twenty pounds To my
friend Mary Sproule of Barlsfelly twenty pounds & a little
China box which she admired To Each Robt & Oliver Lockey
twenty pounds each These sums to be paid out of the £750
Irish in the hands of Robt Porter in the said County of
Tyrone To my father Benjn Rawlings I give & bequeath all my
right & title in my share of the rents arising from the
houses situated in Brown St London during his life & after
his death to my Godson C J Scratchley To my sisters Elizth
Dunne and Frances Rawlings I give & bequeath all my right &
title in the rents arising from the seven houses in Hector
Place as also the six houses in Sheridan St share & share
alike & to their children if they have any but they die
without Issue it is my will that they also revert to my said
Godson C J Scratchley Also to my Sister Frances I give my
plate watch books & Cloths & make & appoint her my residuary
legatee Mary Rawlings Signed sealed & delivered in the
presence of Witnesses Sepr fifteenth eighteen hundred &
twenty six Jonas Kerr _ Mary Bready _ Patrick Devine
