In the Name of God Amen I Lieutenant Boyle Pringle of
Calesdown in the County of Tyrone Do make this my last Will
and Testament as follows I leave to my Dear and Honoured
Mother Mrs Sarah Pringle of Calesdown her Executors and
Admors All my fortune and Property that I now in or at the
time of my Death shall be possessed of or entitled unto
under the Will of my late Dear father John Pringle Esquire
deceased or otherwise howsoever In Trust and to and for the
uses and Purposes hereinafter mentioned and none other that
is to say that shall and may have and Receive to and for her
own proper use During her natural life the Interest of my
said fortune at the rate of Six pounds or five pounds by the
hundred Yearly as the same can or may be had And at her
death I leave the Interest of my said fortune to my Sister
Sarah Pringle Spinster for her own proper use During her
Natural life And my Will is that my said Mother Shall and
may by her last Will and Testament or any other Deed to be
by her Executed and attested by two or more Credible
Witnesses Dispose of and Distribute the whole of my
Principal fortune after the Death of the said Sarah Pringle
Spinster to and among the Grand Children living at the time
of her Death in such Shares and Portions as She Shall think
fitt thereby to Direct Limit and Appoint And of this my Will
I Constitute my said Mother Sole Executrix Witness my hand
and Seal this Twenty fourth Day of March One thousand Seven
hundred and Seventy Boyle Pringle

of the Parish of Caledon and that I may not be buried for
