In the Name of God Amen I Ann Marchant Widow of the late
Quarter Master Marchant in Omagh County Tyrone Ireland being
of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding Praise
be God do make and publish this my last will and testament
in writing in manner and form following that is to say first
I direct that all my just debts funeral expences & the
expence of proving and carrying into execution this my will
be fully satisfied and paid in the next place I give and
bequeath unto my four Sons William Charles John and James
all that I now possess or may possess at my death in the 3 œ
Per cents stock in the Bank of England for their own use and
benefit in equal shares likewise all my goods chattels of my
effects to be sold and produce equally divided unto my above
named four Sons I do hereby nominate and appoint Mr John
Western my step father sole Executor of this my last will
and testament and lastly I hereby revoke all former wills by
me made and declare this only to be my last will and
testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 30th day of January one thousand eight hundred and
forty two Anne Marchant X her Mark
