In the Name of God Amen I John Kearns of the Britannia Yacht
Surgeon being of sound Mind do make Publish and declare this
my last Will and Testament hereby revoking any former Wills
by me made hopg for Mercy by my Saviour Jesus Christ my body
to be Interred at the Discretion of my Executors herein
after named and as to such Worldly Goods Chattels Estates
Assets or Effects as it hath Pleased God to give me I leave
bequeath and dispose of in the following manner To my
ffatherÂ’s Widow Allice Kearns otherwise Nixon of Stewarts
Town in the County of Tyrone I leave and bequeath the houses
and Tenements which I hold in the Town of Stewarts Town with
the Lands thereunto belonging together with the Lease and
Leashold Interests thereof together with all my Assets and
Effects of what nature or kind soever during her natural
life and after her Death I give and bequeath my said houses
and Tenements unto the Eldest Son of my Sister Mary Crawford
otherwise Kearns which shall be then living and I do hereby
nominate and appoint the said Alice Kearns and Mary Crawford
my joint Executrixes of my said last Will In Witness whereof
I the said John Kearns have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my Seal this Twenty fifth day of December 1800 John Kearns

Proved at London 9 June 1810 by the Oath of Mary Crawford
