In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Maudlin Dunne of Moy
County of Tyrone Ireland declare this to be my last Will and
Testament I give and bequeath to my Sister Frances Rawlings
whatever property I receive or have in my own right Viz. my
share or rent in my house at Foley Place grounds rents etc.
and after her decease said property to be share and share
alike divided among the unmarried daughters of my Cousin Mr
James Scratchley of Paris at present three are living And I
give and bequeath my Cattle plate linen and furniture
excepting a worked small Chair to my sister its to be given
to Miss Elizabeth Johnston Moy I leave George Scratchley
fifty pounds Benjamin Goode Esq twenty pounds Harriet Odam
of Walton twenty pounds Galbraith Johnston ten pounds James
King ten pounds and my Goddaughter Mary Hayton ten pounds my
Father Benjamin Rawlings mentions the Maxey Allen property
in his Will the final arrangement respecting it is not
settled with the Revd Stephen Allen of Lynn but whatever sum
of money may ne awarded to me I likewise leave it to my
sister And I hereby appoint my Sister Frances Rawlings to be
sole Executrix of this my Will In Witness whereof I the said
Elizabeth Maudlin Dunne have affixed to this paper my hand
and seal this sixteenth day of October in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty two Elizabeth
Maudlin Dunne
