Extracted from the Registry of His Majestys Court in Ireland
I William Cather Surgeon Royal Navy of Omagh in the County
of Tyrone being in health of body and of sound mind memory &
understanding Praised be God for the same Do make this my
last Will and Testament in manner and form following I give
devise and bequeath unto my niece Letty Cather fourteen
hundred pounds Sterling I also give to my niece Fanny Cather
fourteen hundred pounds I give to my nephew Gabriel Cather
three hundred pounds I give to my nephew John Hopkins one
hundred and fifty pounds to be laid out in purchasing an
Annuity for his use I give to my niece Elizabeth Connolly
one hundred and fifty pounds to be laid out in like manner
in the purchase of an Annuity for her use  I give to my
niece Elizabeth Andrews three hundred pounds I give to
William Cather Son of the aforesaid Gabl Cather two hundred
pounds I give to Alick Connelly William Connelly Letty
Connelly and Fanny Connelly fifty pounds each they are the
Sons and daughters of Elizabeth Connolly before mentioned I
give to John West son of my late niece Mary West fifty
pounds the above legacies amount in all to four thousand one
hundred & fifty pounds and after the legacies have been
discharged I desire that all sums that may remain due to my
estate shall be paid over to the aforesaid Letty & Fanny
Cather for their use And I do nominate constitute and
appoint my aforesaid nieces Letty and Fanny Cather joint
Executors to this my last Will and Testament written by & in
my own hand at Omagh this twentieth day of January 1834
