ESTATE OF HUGH AUGHINLECK, ESQ., MAY 17, 1859

In the matter of the estate of Hugh Aughinleck, Esq. Owner 
and Petioner.

The lands of Mulvin, with its sub dominations, situate in 
the Barony of Lower Strabane, held in perpetuity, at an 
annual chief rent of £10 Irish currency.
   
Lot 1. --Stonewalls and part of Claudy Halliday, containing 
142 acres and over, producing a yearly rent of £73 was 
bought by Mr. Elliott for £1860.
   
Lot 2,--Part of Liscreevaghan and Claudy Johnston, 120 acres 
and over, yearly rent £106. Mr. Trenor purchased for £2560.
   
Lot 3,--Claudy Hood, 151 acres and over, yearly rent £91. 
Mr. Buchanan purchased for £2130.
   
Lot 4,--Claudy Halliday, 131 acres and over, yearly rent 
£82. Purchased by Mr. Elliott for £1850.
   
Lot 5,--Claudy Blair, 34 acres and over, yearly rent £25. 
Purchased by Mr. Scott for £500.
   
Lot 6,--Part of Liscreevaghan and part of Mulvil, 113 acres 
and over, yearly rent, £63. Knocked down to Mr. Scott for 
£900.
   
Lot 7, --Mulvin, 162 acres and over, Yearly rent, £83. Mr. 
Scott declared buyer for £600.
   
Lot 8,--Part of Mulvin, and part of Claudy Blair, 116 acres 
and over, yearly rent £81. Purchased by Mr. Scott for £500.
   
Mr. Ralph Scott, 20 Upper Gloucester St. had the carriage of 
sale.
