============== 30th July 1867 ==============

1. Martin Maher applied to be reimbursed in £5 for
the loss of a house burned at Whitefield in the
Parish of Loughmore. Allowed.

2. James Ryan was allowed £7 for the loss of a
heifer maliciously injured at Knockinroe, near
Templemore.

3. William Hodgins presentment for £60, the value
of a rick of hay burned at Oxpark, Cloughjordan,
was unopposed, and ordered to be levied off the
parish of Modreeney.

4. James Hogan applied for £8 to indemnify him for
the injury maliciously done to his horse at
Corbally. Granted, to be levied on the townland.
