RYAN, EDWARD JANUARY 24, 1845

January 24th 1845
I Edward Ryan at present residing at Ross More in the Co 
Tipperary and being in my perfect sense and recollection and 
knowing the uncertainty of this life do make and declare 
this my last Will and Testament in manner following first I 
desire that all my just and lawful debts be discharged 
Secondly I leave and bequeath to my brother Francis Ryan all 
my interest in the lands houses and customs of Goldue while 
said interests shall continue the said F C Ryan paying to my 
Mother Maria Jones ten pounds per year during said interest 
and fifty pounds to my nephew Charles Edward Elwyn Thirdly I 
leave my interest in the lands of Ballystather to my 
brothers J M C Ryan and G E N Ryan to be equally divided 
between them they first paying to my sister Anne Elwyn Henry 
Whit's Jr which I have payable at his father's death for one 
hundred and sixty pound add with interest at the rate of 
five per cent thereon and registered in the Courts of Dublin 
these wishes to be my last Will and Testament Dated this 
year of our Lord January 24th 1845 Edward Ryan _ Nicholas

execution of Will of Edward Ryan late of Caste Connel in the 
County of Limerick 28 February 1802) 15 March 1852 
Administration with Will annexed to Francis Curteis Ryan the 
brother Maria Jones (Wife of Edward Jones) heretofore Ryan 
Widow mother of the deceased having renounced
