LYNCH, JAMES BROWN APRIL 30, 1815

In the Name of God Amen I James Lynch tho' weak & feeble in 
body yet of sound mind & understanding do make this my last 
Will in manner & form following first I revoke all Will or 
Wills heretofore made by me Secondly it is my wish & desire 
that my beloved Wife Maria Luisa Lynch (alias Alvarez) 
should enjoy the entire of my Personal Property save only 
that it is my wish & desire that Doctor Quin Doctor Everard 
& Margaret Hennessy my Present Nurse should receive the 
following sums justly due to them To Doctor Quin I will 20 
guineas for medicine which is justly & fairly due to him To 
Doctor Everard I will 40 guineas as due to him for his 
attendance & to Margaret Hennessy I will fiveteen of guineas 
which respective sums I desire to be paid out of my Property 
the remainder of all I am worth in this World I leave and 
bequeath to my beloved Wife Maria Luisa Lynch Alvarez & of 
this my last Will & Testament I appoint Mr Patrick Quin as 
my sole & only Executor this is my last Will In Witness 
whereof I hereto put my hand & seal 30th of April 1815

8 April 1820 Administration with Will annexed of goods of 
James Brown Lynch late of Carrickonsair in the County of 
Tipperary and of the City of Valencia in Spain to Maria
