In the Name of God Amen I Patrick Duggan Ordinary Seaman 
belonging to his Majesty's Ship Leviathan No on the Ship's 
Books 181 being at present very weak in Body but of sound 
Mind Memory and Understanding do hereby declare this to be 
my last Will and Testament revoking all former and other 
Wills made by me I give devise and bequeath unto my Wife 
Margaret Duggan and my two Children James and Patrick Duggan 
living in Carrick County Tipperary Ireland all Wages Prize 
Money and all Property whatever that I may die possessed of 
to be equally divided between them share and share alike And 
I do hereby appoint my said Wife Margaret Duggan Executrix 
of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have 
hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Eighth day of December in 
the Year of Our Lord One thousand Eight hundred Patrick 
Duggan X his Mark Signed sealed delivered and acknowledged 
in Our Presence Thos Regan _ Reb...Patients in the Hospital 
Attested John Cole Appointed to take Care of Sick and 
Wounded Seamen at Antigua
