head , by being thrown accidentally from a donkey car.

**Went to Glenough in the barony of Kilnemanagh, where 
deceased lived and from thence to Clonoulty to have the body 
disinterred, being a distance of 20 miles and 7 furlongs.

29. 10/1/1862 on John Slattery, of Clonmel, Parish of St. 
Marys, Iffa and Offa east. Simple examination by Dr. 
Prosser. Reported by Constable Kittson. Verdict-Found 
drowned in the river Suir at Clonmel, in the County of 
Tipperary on the 9th Jan. inst. and we further find that the 
deceased was discharged from the County of Tipperary Gaol at 
Clonmel on the evening of the 7th inst. where he had been 
confined from the 21st of September last as a dangerous 
lunatic. We consider that it would be advisable that 
lunatics should be examined by the Doctor immediately 
previous to their discharge.

Verdict-Died suddenly in his own yard on the on the 7th July 
1861 from an attack of appoplexy. Milage 10s.

2. July 29th 1861 on Alice Blake, of Kilfithmore. (probably 
Kilfithmone) Eliogarty, Post Mortem examination by Dr. J.P. 
Quinlan. Reported by Constabulary.Verdict-Accidentally 
killed on the road 28th July 1861 by the upset of a car. 
Milage 9s.

3. August 5th 1861 on a male infant, at Nenagh, Post Mortem 
by Dr. G. Frith. Verdict-Found dead on the lands of Nenagh 
North. Reported by Constabulary.

4. Aug. 5th on J. Cormack of Nenagh, Barony of Lower Ormond. 
Simple examination by Dr. G. Frith. Reported by the Governer 
of the Gaol. Verdict-Died suddenly by a fit of appoplexy.

5. Aug. 7th on a female infant, of Nenagh, Lower Ormond. 
Post Mortem by Dr. G. Frith.Reported by 
Constabulary.Verdict-Found drowned in the river at 
Rathnaleen.

6. August. 10th on J.Ryan of Newport, Owney and Arra, Simple 
examination by Dr. Wm. Harris, Reported by Constabulary. 
Verdict-Died suddenly on the road at Newport of natural 
causes.

7. Aug. 15th on Maria McElliott, of Lattera, Upper Ormond, 
Reported by Constabulary.Verdict-Died from injuries having 
accidentally fallen into hot water.Milage 4s 6d.

8. Aug. 20th on James Lawler, of Shragh, Barony of Upper 
Ormond, simple examination by Dr. M. McGarvey. Reported by 
Constabulary.Verdict-Died suddenly from a fit of appoplexy. 
Milage 7s.

9.Sept. 13th 1861on Mary Cuddy of Nenagh, Lower Ormond, 
simple examination by Dr. G. Frith. Reported by the Governer 
of the Gaol. Verdict-Died in Gaol Infirmary from disease of 
the lungs.

10. Sept. 14th on Patt Gleeson of Shallee, Barony of Owney 
and Arra, simple examination by Dr. McKeogh. Reported by 
Constabulary. Verdict-Killed by a bank of earth while 
working underground.

11. Sept. 14th on Mary Gleeson, of Nenagh, Lower Ormond. 
Examination by Dr. Frith. Reported by Governer of the Gaol. 
Verdict- Died from an attack of erysipelas, attended with 
fever.

12. Nov. 11th on Abbey Walsh of Borrisokane, Lower Ormond. 
Examination by Dr. McGarvey. Reported by Master of the 
house. Verdict-Found dead in bed in the workhouse. Heart 
Disease. Mileage 5s.

13. November 16th on Michael Connors of Newport, Owney and 
Arra, simple examination by Dr. W. Harris, Reported by 
Constabulary. Verdict-Died suddenly from natural causes. 
Milage 8s.

14. Dec. 6th on male infant of Kilcoleman, Owney and Arra, 
simple examination by Dr. Frith. Reported by 
Constabulary.Verdict-Found dead in a stream of water. no 
cause proved.

15. Jan. 7th 1862 on W. Fogarty, of Lisbrien, Upper Ormond. 
Post Mortem examination by Dr. McKeogh, Reported by 
Constabulary. Verdict-Died from a rupture accelerated by a 
fall given by J. Mara. Milage 2s 6d.

16. Jan. 11th on D. Loughnane, of Scarrough, Lower Ormond. 
Post mortem examination by Dr. Coughlan. Reported by 
Constabulary.Verdict-Found drowned in a boat filled with 
water on the Shannon.

17. Jan 18th on Fanny Murphy of Nenagh, Lower Ormond. 
examined by Dr.N. Quin. Reported by the Master of the House. 
Verdict-Found dead at the rear of the workhouse.

18. Jan 18th on F. Ryan, of Nenagh, Lower Ormond. 
Examination by Dr. N. Quin. Reported by Constabulary. 
Verdict-Died suddenly in a fit of epilipsy.

19. Jan 29th on P. Kennedy, at Ballylina, Lower Ormond Post 
mortem examinationby Dr. M.McGarvey.Reported by 
Constabulary. Verdict-Found dead on the roadside, no 
evidence of cause. milage 7s.6d.

20. Feb 8th 1862 on T. McDonnell of Curraquin, Upper ormond, 
Simple examination by Dr. N. Quin. Reported by Constabulary. 
Verdict-Died suddenly from from a fit of appoplexy. Milage 
4s.

21. Feb. 13th on Bridget Gleeson of Nenagh, Lower Ormond. 
simple examination by Dr. F. Cahalan. Reported by 
Constabulary. Died suddenly at Nenagh from brain disease.

22. Feb. 18th on F. Grace, Portroe, Owney and Arra, simple 
examination by Dr. G. Frith. Reported by 
Constabulary.Verdict-Found dead in bed from attack of 
appoplexy.
