Martin Ryan 44   2   23 41   0   0 33  9   1 By Lease bearing date the 2nd day of January 1825, from William Sadlier, his heirs, executors administrators, and assigns as therein, for thirty-one years from the 1st November 1825, for the lives of Martin Ryan then aged 12  years, Daniel Ryan and John Ryan, then aged about eight years and two years; subject to the yearly Rent of £63 1s. 1d. the said John Ryan, one of the said lives is dead – The other two lives, Martin Ryan and John Ryan (-should this be Daniel?-) are still living. February, 1851, this Tenant’s Rent was abated to £41 a year until further order.
John Heuston 113   3   0 88   11   6 75   9   4 Lease bearing date the 24th November 1832, from Wm Sadlier to Wm. Heuston, Junr. For the lives of Wm. Sadlier then aged about 11 years, Simon Low, then aged about 10 years, and John S. Mansergh, then aged about 10 years; or for the term of 31 years from the 1st May, 1833 concurrent with said Lives; subject to the yearly Rent of £140 0s.0d. The said three lives are all in being. By Order of the Court of Chancery, dated 4th February, 1851, thid tenant’s Rent was abated to £88 11s 6d. until further order.
Thomas Davis 61   1   32 20   5   7 21   9   4½ Proposal for a lease bearing date 26th day of March, 1850, for 7 years pending cause of Massy a. Sadlier. This Lot is not subject to Tithe Rent-charge.

The Great Southern and Western Railway runs through these Lands occupying 7a 0r 32p statute measure or 4a 1 r 31 p plantation measure, which is not included in the survey. These Lands are held under lease for lives renewable for ever dated 5th May 1733 from William Armstrong to Richard Sadlier at the rent of 8s 3d late currency per plantation acre; and a renewal fine of £14 same currency on fall of each life. The last renewal, from the Reverend Chas. William Wall to William Sadleir, bears date the 29th April, 1844, and is for the lives of Richard William Ralph Sadleir, William Sadleir, and Theodore Ralph Sadleir, of whom Richard William Ralph Sadleir and William Sadleir are still living; the said Theodore Ralph Sadleir having died in 1848. A renewal will be had and handed to the Purchaser. here is a reservation to the Lessor and his heirs and assigns, excepting all mines, minerals, and other royalties, with free liberty for raising and carrying away the same, paying reasonable compensation therefor; and also liberty for hunting, hawking, fishing and fowling. The Purchaser will not be at liberty to require evidence of the title of the Lessor in said Lease, or to object by reason of any incumbrances affecting their interest.
