In the Name of God Amen I Thomas O'Daniel Mariner now 
belonging to his Majestys Ship Nonsuch being of a sound and 
disposing Mind and Memory and considering the Perils and 
Dangers of the Seas and other uncertainties of this 
Transitory Life do for avoiding controversies after my 
decease make publish and declare this my last Will and 
Testament in manner following that is to say first I 
recommend my Soul to God that gave it and my Body I commit 
to the Earth or Sea as it shall please God to order and as 
for all my Worldly Estate I give bequeath and dispose 
thereof as followeth that is to say all such wages sum and 
sums of Money Lands Tenements Goods Chattles and Estate 
whatsoever as shall be any ways due owing or belonging unto 
me at the time of my decease I give devise and bequeath the 
same unto my well beloved Sisters Anne and Bridget O'Daniels 
of Farnicarmy in the County of Sligoe Ireland and I do 
hereby Nominate and appoint them the said Anne and Bridget 
O'Daniels to be equally sole Executrix's of this my last 
Will and Testament In Witness whereof to this my said Will I 
have set my hand and Seal the first day of November in the 
Twenty first Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George 
the second over great Britain France and Ireland King 
Defender of the faith and in the Year of our Lord One 
thousand Seven hundred and forty seven Thomas O'Donnell 
Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of us at Sea 
where no stampt Paper is to be had Cotton Dent _ John 
Ballardie _ George Rutterforth
20 December 1748 Administration with Will annexed to Simon 
Hayes lawful Attorney of Ann and Bridget O'Donnell otherwise 
O'Daniell now residing in the Kingdom of Ireland
