Yearly rent of £100.16s., late currency, being £93 0s
11d., present currency, and one pepper-corn as a renewal
fine. The Lands of CORREA are five statute miles from SLIGO
on the road to the Village of Ballintogher, Barony of
Tirerill, County Sligo. DESCRIPTIVE PARTICULARS: The last
renewal bears date 2nd April 1845 from the Right Hon Mason
Gerard Earl of Alderborough to John Johnston (one of the
owners) for the lives of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, et al.

DRUMCONDRA, or DRUMCONRY. Two undivided Thirds of a Fifth
Part of the said lands of Drumconry, situate in the Barony
of Tirerill, County Sligo, held for lives renewable for
ever.
DESCRIPTIVE PARTICULARS: Lease bearing date 1st September
1780, from Mason Gerard to Richard Plunkett. Lease bearing
date 18th February 1789, and made between Joshua Cooper of
the one part, and Andrew Johnston of the other part. The
last renewal bears date 25th April 1850, from Edward Joshua
Cooper to William Palmer, for the lives of Her Royal
Highness Victoria Adelaide Mary Louisa, et al.
The remaining portion of these lands of Drumconry and Correa
are held by the owners as Tenants at will.

DESCRIPTIVE PARTICULARS: Lease bearing date 1st September
1780, from Mason Gerard to Richard Plunkett (with other
lands not belonging to the owners in this matter) for the
entire lands so demised, and one peper-corn as a renewal
fine. The last renewal bears date 2nd April 1845, from the
Rt Hon. the Earl of Alderborough to said John Johnston for
the lives of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, et al. The
remaining portion of these lands held by the owners as
tenants at will.
