                                                                    being �46-3s-1d sterling, for lives of Patrick Mc Donnell, senior,
                                                                    Patrick Mc Donnell, junior,and Michael Mc Donnell- Patrick Mc-
                                                                    Donnell, now aged upwards of 60 years, is the survivor.
                                                                    OBSERVATION: The landlords part of this lease is not forthcoming,
                                                                    but a certified copy made from the counterpart will be handed to
                                                                    the purchaser.
                                                                    The Tithe Rent Charge of this lot is payable by the tenant in
