In the matter of
ROBERT JONES, esquire, Owner and Petitioner.

CUSKERNAGH, containing 78a 2r 19p statute measure, and
COMPHULL, containing 564a 3r 0p statute measure, making
together 643a 1r 19p statute measure, situate in the Barony
of Tyreragh, Co Sligo, held in Fee.

LOT NO 33: The Mail-coach road from Ballina to Sligo passes
through this lot. The mountain affords good summer grazing
for cattle, and is capable of improvement with drainage.

On the townland of CAMPHULL there is some good arable and
pasture land, and upwards of 12 acres of plantation about 40
years old, principally Scotch Fir. It has a valuable Bog on
the side of the Mail-coach road and within 2 miles of
Dromore West, usually lets for £3 per acre for turf cutting.
The coast district, with no Bog, is supplied from this
townland and Kanackanally, also a portion of this estate.
