GRACE OTHERWISE NAGLE, FRANCES MARY  SEPTEMBER 7, 1821

I Frances Grace otherwise Nagle of Mantua in the County of 
Roscommon being of sound and disposing mind memory and 
understanding do make and publish this my last Will and 
Testament having under my marriage Settlement a power of 
charging the part of the lands of Punches Grange in the 
County of Kildare which belonged to me in my own right 
before the death of my late Sister Mary Nagle Wife of Pierce 
Nagle with a sum of two thousand pounds sterling by my last 
Will and Testament Now I do hereby under and by virtue of 
that power and authority vested in me and under and by 
virtue of all other powers and authorities vested in me 
charge and incumber the said part or moiety of the lands of 
Punches Grange which belonged to me in my own right with the 
sum of two thousand pounds sterling to be paid and payable 
to my three younger children Mary Clare Grace Richard Joseph 
Grace and Raymond Joseph Grace in equal shares and 
proportions the share of the said Mary Clare Grace to be 
paid her at her age of twenty one years or day of marriage 
which ever shall first happen and the shares of the said 
other two children to be paid to them respectively when they 
shall respectively attain the age of twenty one years and if 
any of the said children should die before they shall become 
respectively intitled to be paid their said respective 
shares the share of the child or children so dying shall go 
equally share and share alike to the Survivors or the 
survivor and if all of them sho'd die before any of them 
shall become entitled as aforesaid then said sum of two 
thousand pounds shall sink into the Inheritance And I 
appoint Sheffield Grace the Brother of Sir William Grace 
Bart. Executor of this my last Will and Testament Given 
under my hand and seal this 7th day of September 1821
