Lane in the Town of Athlone and County of Roscommon aforesaid and which I hold under lease from the Incorporated Society for three lives with a Covenant for perpetual renewal Upon the trusts and to and for the several uses intents and purposes hereinafter mentioned concerning the same that is to say from and immediately after my decease to the use of my eldest Daughter Hannah Hanly otherwise Donnelly Wife of Patrick Hanly Gent and her Assigns for and during her life and to and for her own sole and separate use and benefit and free from the controul or Intermeddling of her said present or any future husband and her receipts alone to be sufficient for the rents issues & profits thereof And from and immediately after the determination of that Estate in the lifetime of the said Hannah Hanly then to the use of the said Edmond Kelly & George Kelly and the Survivor of them and his heirs during the life of the said Hannah Hanly upon Trust to support and preserve the contingent uses & estates hereinafter limited from being defeated or destroyed and for that purpose to make entries and bring actions as occasion may require but nevertheless to permit and suffer the said Hannah Hanly and her Assigns during her life to receive and take the rents issues and profits thereof to and for her and their own use and benefit and from and immediately after the decease of the said Hannah Hanly then to the use of all and every such children or child as the said Hannah Hanly shall or may hereafter have by the said Patrick Hanly in such shares and proportions manner & form as the said Hannah Hanly notwithstanding her coverture by Deed or by her last Will and Testament duly executed and attested direct limit & appoint And in default of any such issue then from and immediately after the decease of the said Hannah Hanly to the use of my second Daughter Alicia Bamer otherwise Donnelly Wife of Robert Bamer of Tralee in the County of Kerry Braser and her Assigns for and during her life and to and for her own sole & separate use and benefit free from the controul or Intermeddling of her said present or any future husband and her receipts alone to be sufficient for the rents issues and profits thereof And from and immediately after the determination of that Estate in the lifetime of the said Alicia Bamer then to the said Emond Kelly & George Kelly and the Survivor of them and his Heirs during the life of the said Alicia Bamer upon Trust to support and preserve the contingent uses and estates hereinafter limited from being defeated or destroyed and for that purpose to make entries and bring actions as occasion may require but nevertheless to permit and suffer the said Alicia Bamer and her Assigns during her life to receive and take the rents issues and profits thereof to and for her and their own use and benefit and from & immediately after the decease of the said Alicia Bonner then to the use of all and every such children or child as the said Alicia Bamer shall or may hereafter have by the said Robert Bamer in such shares and proportions manner and form as the said Alicia Bamer notwithstanding her coverture by Deed or by her last Will and Testament duly executed and attested direct and in default of such appointment then in equal shares and proportions between such children And if there shall be but one such child then living then the whole thereof to the use of such one child And if there shall be no such child then living then from and immediately after the decease of the said Alicia Bamer to the use of my third daughter Eliza Algeo otherwise Donnelly Wife of Robert Algeo and her Assigns for and during her life and to and for her own sole & separate use and benefit free from the controul or intermeddling of her said present or any future husband and her receipts alone to be sufficient for the rents issues and profits thereof And from and immediately after the determination of that Estate in the lifetime of the said Elizabeth Algeo then to the use of the said Emond Kelly and George Kelly and the Survivor of them and his Heirs during the life of the said Elizabeth Algeo upon Trust to support and preserve the contingent uses and estates hereinafter limited from being defeated or destroyed and for that purpose to make entries and bring actions as occasion may require but nevertheless to permit and suffer the said Elizabeth Algeo and her Assigns during her life to receive and take the rents issues and profits thereof to and for her and their own use and benefit and from and immediately after the decease of the said Eliza Algeo Then to the use of all and every such children or child as the said Eliza Algeo shall or may then have by the said Robert Algeo in such shares and proportion manner and form as the said Elizabeth Algeo notwithstanding her coverture by Deed or by her last Will and Testament duly executed and attested direct And in default of such appointment then in equal shares and proportions between such children And if there shall be but one such child then living then the whole thereof to the use of such one child And if there shall be no such child then living then from and immediately after the decease of the said Elizabeth Algeo to the use of my brother in law Admiral Ross Donnelly his heirs and Assigns I give and bequeath unto my said daughter Hannah Hanly to and for her own sole and separate use and benefit and free from all claims and demands of or on account of her said present or any future husband my Debenture or Stock of one hundred pounds in the Royal Canal Company with full right and power to her notwithstanding her Coverture to sell and dispose of the same and to receive the Interest and produce thereof and her receipts alone to be sufficient for the same I also give and bequeath unto my said daughter Hannah Hanly to and for her own sole and separate use and benefit and free from the controul or power of any such husband my Mahogany Secretary book case and Work table I give and bequeath unto my said two Daughters Alicia Bamer and Eliza Algeo in equal shares and proportions and to and for their own sole separate use and benefit & free from the controul power or intermeddling of their said present or any future husbands or husband the sum of five hundred pounds which I have invested in the Austrian funds and all benefit and produce arising therefrom with full right and power to them notwithstanding their coverture to receive and sell and dispose of the same and their receipts alone to be sufficient for the same I order and direct that my household furniture and effects except the parts thereof hereby otherwise disposed of shall be sold by my Exors and that the money arising therefrom shall be paid by them in equal proportions to and between my said two Daughters Alicia Bamer and Eliza Algeo to whom I give and bequeath the same to and for their own sole separate use and benefit & free from the power controul or intermeddling of their husbands or either of them I give and bequeath my Plate house linen China and ...... and all other the residue and remainder of my Personal Estate and Effects and all other such personal Estate and property as I may hereafter become possessed of or entitled to subject and after payment of my debts & funeral expences to and between my said three Daughters Hannah Hanly Alicia Bamer and Eliza Algeo to whom I bequeath the same in equal shares and proportions to and for their and each of their own sole and separate use and benefit and free from the controul or power of their said husbands And Lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint Thos Wilson of the City of Dublin Attorney at Law and Henry Ferguson of Belfast in the County of Antrim Esquires Executors of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to this my said last Will and Testament contained in two sheets & four pages of paper subscribed my name at the bottom each of the first three pages and
