In the Name of God Amen I Edward Tracey of Cappengara in the 
Kings County Wine Cooper being weak in body but of sound 
mind memory and understanding thanks be to the Almighty God 
for the same & considering the uncertainty of this mortal 
life Do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in 
the manner and form following (that is to say) I give and 
bequeath unto my beloved Uncle Mr Michael Tracy of 
Cappenagaera aforesaid all Sum and Sums of Money as now is 
or hereafter may become due & payable unto me under & by 
virtue of the Will of my late father Mr Thomas Tracy of 
Islington in Great Britain or otherwise either as Interest 
for Money lodged in the funds or as a Yearly bequest or 
Annuity left to me by my said father and heretofore paid to 
me by Mr Samuel Figgs of the City of Dublin I give and 
bequeath unto my beloved Sister Mary Hilsdon otherwise Tracy 
the Sum of five Shillings Sterling out of said Annuity and 
no more And I hereby nominate and appoint my said Uncle Mr 
Michael Tracy sole Executor to this my last Will & Testament 
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto put my hand & affixed 
my seal this ninth day of October One thousand eight hundred 
& thirteen Edward Tracy
