In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Donagho Private Invalid of 
H M 1st Battn 67th Regt of foot being sound in mind and 
memory but in a very weak state of health do make this my 
last Will and Testament as follows making null and void all 
other Wills that may have been made by me Prior to this date 
first I bequeath my Soul to God who gave it and my Body to 
the dust from whence it came secondly I give and bequeath 
all my Worldly Property in manner and form as follows my 
trunk with its contents I give and bequeath to my beloved 
Comrade Alexander McHay for the care and attention he has 
paid me during my sickness all my other property such as pay 
arrears of pay prize money arrears of prize money Cloathing 
arrears of Cloathing together with 14 guineas fifteen 
Guineas English Currency my Property now in the hands of 
Captn Reading of H M Regiment of foot I give and bequeath 
unto my beloved Mother Margaret Donagho in the Parish of 
Whaley Kings County Ireland or in case of her demise unto my 
beloved Sister Margaret Donagho of the Parish and County 
aforesaid and hereunto I subjoin a list of the Places that I 
have prize money due to me for to prevent all mistakes as 
follows I have received the first Payment for the Capture of 
the Cape of Good Hope and have got the full amount to 
receive on Will for the same place for Hugh Duffey of the 
aforesaid Regiment deceased In Witness whereof I hereunto 
sign my hand this eighth day of June in the Year of our Lord 
1818 signed Thos X Donagho 67th his mark 
Witnesses present Wm Ruglan _ K Leonard his mark
22 September 1821 administration with Will annexed to 
Margaret Donagho Widow the Mother and Residuary Legatee
