In the Name of God Amen I James Dillon Marriner now 
belonging to his Majesties Ship the Namur being of sound and 
disposing Mind and Memory do hereby make this my last Will 
and Testament First and Principally I commend my Soul into 
the Hands of Almighty God hoping for Remission of all my 
Sins through the Merits of Jesus Christ my blessed saviour 
and Redeemer and my Body to the Earth or Sea as it shall 
please God And as for such Worldly Estate and Effects which 
I shall be possessed of or intitled unto at the time of my 
Decease I Give and bequeath the same as followeth that is to 
say unto my loving Brother Edward Dillon of Balley bay in 
the King's County in the Kingdom of Ireland my Sister 
Katherine Dillon of Balleybay aforesaid spinster my Sister 
Mary Dillon of Hearensbrook in the County of Galway in the 
Kingdom of Ireland aforesaid spinster And my Uncle James 
Dillon of the Parish of Saint Margarets Westminster in the 
County of Middx Apothecary to be equally divided between 
them their Heirs and Executors share and share alike And I 
do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said James 
Dellon sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament 
hereby revoking and making void all other and former Wills 
by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set 
my Hand and Seal this thirty first day of March in the Year 
of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty seven And 
in the twentieth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord 
George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain 
France and Ireland King Defender of the faith James Dullon
