WILLS: FINEGAN, ANNE MARCH 22, 1824

I Anne Finegan alias Rooney of Killens in the County of
Meath make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament
disavowing all other Wills I bequeath to my three Children
namely Bridget Peter and Michael Finegan four hundred pounds
bequeathed to me by my Uncle the Late Michael Barret of the
City of Westminster Esquire to be equally divided amongst my
aforesaid Children at the Age of twenty one Years I also
appoint my Husband Peter Finegan of Killens in aforesaid
County of Meath and Mr Richard Everard of the Hillreath in
the County of Louth Executors of this my last Will and
Testament on the twenty second day of March in the Year One
thousand eight hundred and twenty four Signed Anne X Finegan
Witness in presence of Testatrix and presence of each other
Richard Everard _ Catherine Fitzgerald 9 April 1825
Administration with Will annexed to Peter Finegan the
husband Richard Everard duly renounced PCC Prob11/1697
