JOHN SQUIRE, Esquire, Petitioner.
Valuable Fee Simple Estates, situated in The County of the
Town of Galway, The County of Galway, and The County of
Mayo. To be sold by auction in seventeen Lots For Sale, on
Friday the 19th day of November 1852.

Key: A R P = Acres, Roods, Perches. Measurement of land Key:
40 Perches = 1 Rood. 4 Roods = 1 acre.
Lot No 15: Rental of the lands COOLCON and the lands of
GARRYMORE, with the sub-denominations of GARRYMORE HENUE,
GARRYMORE MOUNTAIN, and GARRYMORE FLANAGAN, situate in the
Barony of Kilmaine, and County of Mayo.
This Lot is situated seven miles from Tuam, five miles from
Hollymount, and one mile from Foxhall, on the Mail-Coach
Road from Ballinasloe to Castlebar, and is traversed by
public roads leading to the Towns of Tuam, Shrule,
Hollymount, and Ballindine. A small outlay to improve the
natural fertility of the soil would considerably enhance the
Value of the Lands. There is a quantity of valuable Turbary
and cut-away bog, convertible into good pasture, and a good
fall for Drainage purposes. By the Ordnance Survey the
Quantity is stated to be-Coolcon, 284a,2r,5p, and Garrymore,
668a,0r,16p, making together 947a,2r,21p.
