BALLINROBE CHURCHYARD

'We have to thank Miss P. Knox of Cranmore for the six 
following inscriptions':-

Here lieth the Body of John Hughes who Departed this life 
Ap'l 23'd 1779 Aged 6.
				______________________
Here lieth the Body of David Courtney who departed this life 
the 11th March 1788 Aged 73 Also the Body of Margaret 
Courtney alias Ruttledge his wife who departed this life the 
10th February 1769 Aged 33.

Also the Body of David Courtney their Eldest son who 
departed this life the 26th November 1812 aged 56

Here Lyeth the Body of Hugh Connell who departed this life 
March 1824 aged 74 years
				______________________

Here Lyeth the Body of James Wilson who Departed this life 
the 15th of July Aged 58 years Also the Body of his wife 
Mary Wilson Otherwise Fall Who Departed this life the 14th 
February 1818 Aged 63 years

Also the Remains of their Eldest son John Wilson who died on 
the 6th March 1826 aged 33

Sacred to the memory of Anne eldest daughter of the late 
John Wilson of Ballinrobe who departed this life the 7th day 
of March 1839 aged 22 years

Also here lies the Remains of her Beloved Brother James 
Wilson who departed this life on the 14th March 1849 aged 36 
years. May he rest in peace Amen
