WILLS: MONTOLIEU, ANNE DECEMBER 9, 1833

In the Name of God Amen I Anne Montolieu of Dundalk Widow
being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and
publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all
former Wills heretofore made by me that is to say I give and
bequeath to my niece Isabella Frances Porter Wife of Capt
George Porter late 61st Foot All I have belonging to me in
the World my funded property my goods and chattels of which
I may die possessed of or ever become entitled to and I
appoint Sir Charles Montolieu Lamb Bart of Beauport Sussex
and Capt George Porter late of 61st Regiment now resident in
Dundalk my Executors of this my last Will and Testament In
Witness whereof I have affixed my Seal and subscribed my
name this ninth day of December one thousand eight hundred
and thirty three _ Anne Montolieu (Attestation Clause)
