In the Name of God Amen I Charlotta Catherine McGawley of
Ardee in the County of Louth Wife of Barthw McGawley being
sick in Body but of Perfect Memory and understanding do
make this my last Will and Testament in manner following
Vizt. I will and bequeath all my Personal fortune and
Worldly Substance (part of said fortune now funded in the
long Annuities of the Bank of England and the Remainder in
trust in the hands of Mr Christopher and Tho: Byrne Gent
both of Lurgan in the County of Armagh) with all that may
arise from said fortune or be my property as said Charlotta
Catherine McGawley (late Franklin) to my Dearly beloved
Husband Barthw McGawley of Ardee as long as he shall live
and at his Death to go in right to the Heirs of my Body if
any such Survive If after the Death of my said Husband none
of my Children or his shall be alive to enjoy said fortune
then I Will and bequeath said fortune to the Heirs of my
beloved Sister Mrs Elizabeth Byrne wife of Mr Thomas Byrne
of Lurgan in the County of Armagh to be equally divided
between the Heirs of her Body I appoint my Husband Barthw
McGawley of Ardee in the County of Louth to be my lawful
Heir Trustee and Executor of this my last Will and Testament
And the Lord have Mercy on my Soul Amen Charlotta Cath.
