Extracted from the Registry of His Majestys Court of
Prerogative in Ireland

In the Name of God Amen I William Lane of the County and
Town of Drogheda Esq. do make this my last Will and
Testament revoking all other Wills made by me I Will and
Desire that All my just Debts shall be paid I leave and
bequeath to my dearly beloved Wife Ann Lane half of all my
Worldly Substance I shall die Possessed of of every kind
whatsoever together with all my Household Furniture and all
her Wearing Apparel I leave and bequeath to Mrs Ann Cudworth
Niece to my Wife five hundred pounds Sterling the remainder
of my Worldly Substance I leave and bequeath to my Brother
Joseph Lane and my Cousin Nathaniel Manning of Drakestown in
the County of Louth Gent to be divided equally between them
share and share alike Lastly I do Nominate and Appoint Mr
John Greene of Stickillin and Alderman Henry Leland of
Drogheda Executors to this my last Will and Testament In
Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this
twenty ninth day of May one thousand seven hundred and
seventy six Wm Lane (Attestation Clause)
