OLD BALLINAMUCK CEMETERY - TULLY MEMORIAL

All inscriptions are on one monument.

No. 1

                I.H.S.
     In loving memory of our father and mother
               --------------------
  Patrick Tully who died on 23rd February 1883 aged 81 years

               --------------------
  Anne Fox Tully who died 20th December, 1847 aged 35 years

               --------------------
   and their infant children, Patrick, Mary and Charles


No. 2 (Hard to read)

            I.H.S.
    Have mercy O Lord on the souls of
      _____________________

    Mary Doris Tully
    Mother of the Tullys
    who died 4th March 1858 aged 84 years

    William Tully who died 6th October 1873
        aged 65 years

    Anne Tully Murphy
    who died 15th December 1872
         aged 61 years

(I didn't get the May they Rest in Peace at the bottom of
this side, but Jim is pretty accurate and it is probably
there. I took a picture of the monument but for that part I
didn't get close enough or clear enough. Let's go ahead with
what Jim has.)

No. 3
                    I.H.S.
Divine Heart of Jesus have mercy on the soul of John Kiernan
who died 8th April 1906 aged 73 years
         ---------------------

Also his wife Annie Tully Kiernan died
Oct 23rd 1917 aged 76 yrs
            RIP

This latter inscription is by a different engraver as the
23rd is more crudely done, not the same high quality as the
rest.  This seems to indicate that the 1906 erection date is
probably correct.
