In the Name of God Amen I John Molony of Pallas Kenry in the 
County of Limerick Gentn being of sound mind memory and 
understanding thanks be to God but knowing the uncertainty 
of this world do make this my last will and Testament hereby 
revoking all former Will or Wills heretofore made by me I 
give my Soul to God (hoping for forgiveness thro' his 
infinite mercy for my Sins) & my body to the Earth whereas I 
am possessed of an Interest in the Lands of Ballyculhane in 
the Baronry of Kenry & County of Limerick for three lives 
under an Assignment executed by Dennis Dea of all his 
Interest in said Lands to me and Whereas Mr Cornelius Molony 
my father stands indebted to me in a sum of one hundred 
pounds Old Irish Currency being a part of the marriage 
portion he agreed to give me on Marriage with my dear wife 
Bridget Molony otherwise Enright and also a sum of about 
fifty two pounds late Irish Currency due by him to me on 
foot of said Cornelius Molony's Acceptance of my Draft for 
thirty pounds dated eighteenth May One thousand eight 
hundred and twenty two And Whereas also there are some other 
small debts due to me I give devise and bequeath the said 
Lands of Ballyculhane and all such sums of money as may be 
due to me at the time of my death And all other Property 
which I may be entitled to at the time of my death And all 
other property which I may be entitled to to my Executrix 
and Executors hereinafter named Upon the trusts following 
that is to say in the first place to discharge all my just 
debts and funeral expences and in the next place when said 
sums of money shall be called in (and after payment of my 
said debts)to be laid out by my Executrix and Executors at 
Interest or in some other way as they may think most 
advantageous for my children and to be divided share and 
share alike amongst them and any Child or Children I may 
have by my said Wife after the date hereof on their 
respectively attaining the age of twenty one years or on my 
said Daughters getting married with the consent of their 
Mother And I hereby nominate and appoint my dear Wife 
Bridget Moloney otherwise Enright James Enright and James 
Potter Executrix and Executors of this my last Will and 
Testament In Witness whereof I the said Testator have to 
this my last Will set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of 
September one thousand eight hundred and twenty six John 
Molony
