KIRBY ALIAS HOULIHAN, GREGORY SEPTEMBER 19, 1806

In the Name of God Amen I Gregory Kirby alias Gregory 
Huolihan No 102 on the books of HMS Warrior of the City of 
Limerick in Ireland Hair Dresser by Trade being sick and 
weak in body but of perfect mind and memory calling into 
mind the mortality of my body do make & ordain this my last 
will and Testament that is to say principally & first of all 
I give & recommend my soul to God and as touching such 
worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to Give me I 
give devise and dispose of the same in following manner I 
give and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Ann Huolihan living 
at Mr James Barry John's gate opposite John's Chappel in the 
City of Limerick  Ireland all the Wages & Prize money that 
is due or may become due to me granting her full power to 
receive the same to my beloved friend Edward Barry belonging 
to HMS Warrior two blue Jackets two pair of blue Trowsers 
two pair of white Trowsers two pair breeches three pair of 
Shoes eight pair Stockings nine shirts three pair of Drawers 
three waistcoats one pair of boots one silver watch seven 
handkerchiefs & one Chest I also give & bequeath unto Thomas 
Connelly (2) belonging to HMS Warrior 1 blue Jacket one pair 
of blue Trowsers two waistcoats 1 Hat & 1 pair shoes 
ratifying & confirming this and no other to be my last will 
& Testament In Witness whereof I set my hand & seal this 
nineteenth day of September in the Year of our Lord 1806 & 
in the forty seventh year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord
