In the Name of God Amen I Timothy Hehir of the City of 
Limerick in the Kingdom of Ireland Mariner being of sound 
and perfect health and Memory but now for going to Sea in 
his Majesty's Navy and in Order and in dread of Casualties 
that my friends or relations hereinafter named may be 
intitled to the recovery of any Wages Prize Money or any 
Assetts or Effects I may dye Possessed of or that may be due 
to me do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and 
form following (that is to say) first I bequeath my Soul to 
Almighty God my Creator hoping through the merits of my 
blessed redeemer for Life Everlasting Secondly as I have now 
entered his Majesty's Service as a Volunteers in the City of 
Limerick aforesaid as a Sailor with Lieutenant John Davis 
and to serve on Board his Majesty's Ship the Invincible or 
on Board any other of his Majesty's Ships that I may be 
ordered or turned over into and that my means or Assets may 
from Ship to Ship be recovered as aforesaid by my Relations 
or friends hereafter named and that they may recover and sue 
for the same I do hereby Will and appoint my dearly and 
welbeloved Sister Mary Hehir to ask demand Sue for and 
recover all such Wages Prize Money or other Assets or 
Effects that shall or may be due to me at the time of my 
death And in case of her my said Sister Mary's death I order 
and my Will is that all such Wages Prize Money or other 
Assets or Effects may sued for and recovered by my dearly 
and well beloved Sister Sarah Hehir and hereby in case of my 
Sister Mary's death give and grant unto her my full and 
whole Power to recover the same And in case they bother 
shall survive me my Order and my Will is that such means or 
Assetts I dye Possessed of or intitled unto as aforesaid may 
be equally divided between my aforesaid Sisters Share and 
Share alike And Lastly I Nominate and appoint my dearly 
beloved Sisters Mary and Sarah Hehir to be my Sole Executors 
and Legatees of this my last Will and Testament In Testimony 
whereof I have hereunto put my hand and Seal in presence of 
the Witnesses at my request hereunto Subscribing this 12th 
day of March 1756 _ Timothy Hehir his mark and Seal Signed 
sealed and delivered in the presence of us where no Stamped 
Paper is to be had or made use of at the request of the said 
Tmothy Hehir in the City of Limerick _ Conr McDonough _ Lau 
Donovan
23 June 1758 administration with Will annexed to John Palmer 
Attorney of Mary Hehir and Sarah Hehir Spinsters now 
residing in the Kingdom of Ireland
