Extracted from her Majesty's Court of Prerogative in Ireland 
I Charles Fitzgerald of Limerick being of sound and 
disposing mind memory and understanding and being desirous 
of disposing of such worldly estate and fortune whereof I 
now am or shall be possessed or entitled unto at the time of 
my decease do make this my last Will & Testament hereby 
revoking and annulling all and every former and other will 
or wills heretofore at any time made by me I give devise and 
bequeath unto my Brother Major Augustin Fitz Gerald the Sum 
of Ten Guineas and unto my Sisters Elizabeth Mary Ellen and 
Lucinda Fitz Gerald the Sum of twenty pounds each and as to 
all the rest residue and remainder of my estate and property 
not hereinbefore disposed of I give devise and bequeath the 
same and every part thereof unto my Sister Jane Fitz Gerald 
otherwise O'Brien subject to my just debts funeral expences 
and the legacies hereinbefore bequeathed and I do hereby 
nominate constitute and appoint the said Jane Fitz Gerald 
otherwise O'Brien Executor of this my Will In Witness 
whereof I have hereunto affixed my hand and seal this 
twentieth day of November One thousand eight hundred and 
twenty four Charles Fitz Gerald
