In the Name of God Amen I Dominick Cornyn of the Mannor of
Drumhere in the County of Lythrin in the Kingdom of Ireland
Surgeon of the John Gally Captain William Kennedy now in the
America and in the Island aforesaid being in a Weak State of
health have thought it fit to make this my last Will and
Testament Vizt Imprimis I recommend my Soul into the hands
of Almighty God my Body I committ to the Grave And as to
what Worldly Substance God has been pleased to bestow on I
Order as following That my funeral Charges be paid out of
what is due to me from the Men of board said Ship And that
my funeral may be Ordered at said Captain Kennedy his
Discretion and my good friend Mr Lewis Bamfield whom I leave
Joyntly to execute the same as my Lawfull Executors Item
that my charges in Sickness or otherwise before my Sickness
be paid in like manner Item I leave and bequeath unto my
Daughter Nancy in London and Betty in Bristoll the Issues
and Profitts of both my Leases in Drumnamure and Cloorbaruff
being part of the Estate of the late Lord Lanesborough lying
and situate in the Mannor of Drumhere in the County of
Lythrin and now in the Possession of my Honoured father And
whatever of my Wages and head money may remain I bequeath
and give of the same to my good friend Mr Lewis Bamfield
four Guineas Eng: As also my Chest and Cloaths and the
remainder of said Wages and Head money to the Mother of my
Daughter Betty All which I desire may be Complyed with and
sign it to that Effect this 10th day June 1730 Dom: Cornyn
