This is the last Will and Testament of me Robert Kelly
Esquire of Ballyvalla in the County of Kilkenny in
Ireland a Lieutenant Colonel in Her Majestys Army If I
shall die in London or its neighbourhood I wish to be
buried at the Cemetery Kensall Green but if I should
die elsewhere then I wish to be buried within the
Parish where I shall happen to die And I direct that
my funeral be divested of all pomp and that the
expences attending be as moderate as may be
consistent with my rank in life I devise and bequeath
all my real and personal estate whatsoever and
wheresoever which I have power to dispose of by Will
unto Hannah Constable of No 68 Newington
Causeway in the County of Surrey Spinster her heirs
executors administrators and assigns absolutely for
her separate use And I appoint her sole Executrix of
my Will hereby revoking all other Wills In witness
whereof I have hereunto and to a duplicate hereof
set my hand and seal this Twenty sixth day of May
